We are embarking on a significant period of transformation in line with our ambitious plans and, at the core of our organisation, is our unwavering commitment to supporting our amazing children and young people, each with their own needs, hopes and dreams, to reach their personal best.
Our teams are fully committed to Cambian’s goals. They understand the challenges and rewards of working with our young people and know that every day they will achieve things that really matter.

Supporting our children and their families from the very first time they meet the teams, you will have a minimum of RQF Level 5 or equivalent, with at least two years qualified experience. Registration with Ofsted as a RM or RI will have given you the proven track record of good regulatory outcomes that our children deserve.
You will have a real eye for detail – knowing that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Quality Standards for Children’s Homes, the regulatory environment that we operate in and the demands that this places on all aspects of our work.
Bringing our plans for Southlands School to life will be challenging and intense but, with enthusiasm, creativity and a hands-on approach, the reward and satisfaction will be second to none. You will have a unique opportunity to shape and deliver the long-term strategy for the school and our drive to transform the lives of our children and young people.
