Protocol specialises in the Education Sector, and we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Lecturer to join our client’s dynamic team in Birmingham. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about Marketing and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing, experience of teaching and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.

The role itself is to teach Marketing to support the Tourism department. For example, Social Media within Tourism is a module that is required on this course.

We currently have hours on Monday and Tuesday (6-8 hours initially). The course is temporary til Christmas where it may be reviewed.

The college also require potential lecturers within Event Management, if you are able to to do both then more hours will be available.

Role responsibilities:

Teach Marketing within the Tourism department to HE level.

The person & qualifications

Hold a degree or equivalent in Marketing

Have experience teaching Marketing, specifically the modules relating to the Tourism industry.

Again if you have experience teaching Events Management, then more hours may be available.
