We are recruiting a confident and dynamic Administrator/Co-ordinator responsible for the maintenance and quality of all data relating to our College courses, including information used for marketing and promotion purposes. To participate in the ongoing development and management of the annual curriculum plan and assist in the production of a clean, accurate and timely ILR and other data returns.
This is a fantastic opportunity to hold a key role within the Management Information Services team and be an instrumental part in co-ordination and organisation of the service across the college.
You should hold a minimum level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy and have sound experience of using databases including Microsoft access and excel and SQL would be advantageous. We welcome candidates who have experience of working with large volumes of data and producing documentation on systems, procedures, and processes.
