OFSTED ‘good’ school in the Burnley area seeking a Teacher for their Year 3 class.

Your new company

Your new school is a mainstream, one form entry primary in the Burnley area – easily accessible by car or public transport. The school recently gained an OFSTED ‘good’ rating, but the SLT have a clear vision of becoming an ‘outstanding’ school in the coming years. As their new Year 3 Teacher, it is important you can match their ambition and deliver a high standard of Education.

Your new role

In your new role, you will teach the schools Year 3 class. This will involve lesson planning and delivery for a wide range of subjects, including Maths, English and Science. This role will commence in the coming weeks on a full-time temporary basis, covering for a long-term absence. There may also be the option to make this role permanent after the initial temporary period.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you must have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS or PGCE). Previous experience Teaching Primary or Secondary age children is essential – This can include placements as part of your training course. Experience working with a diverse group of students, including SEN is desirable but not essential.
