SEN Pupil Mentor — the important information —

1st or 2:1 degree in Psychology (other subjects can be considered)
Previous experience working in SEN is desirable but not necessary
Work alongside children aged 4-11
Provide 1:1 support to pupils
Learn from other members of the SEN department
Learn to adapt your mentoring style depending on the pupils’ ability
Report back to the class teacher on pupil’s progress
350-450 per week, term time only
